As residents of Willoughby themselves, Kai and Heather often talked over the years while making dinner for their family, about how what the neighborhood was missing was a great butcher shop that sold quality, local, and sustainable products for an affordable price. With the help of their long-time friend and colleague Jeevan, the 3 spent many long nights dreaming up just that.
