We source our beef locally with the majority of it coming from right here in the Fraser Valley. We then dry age our AAA beef for 21-28 days. The butchers beef is grain finished which means for you; great marbling and flavour. We also have grass finished pasture raised beef available upon request. All of our beef is antibiotic and hormone free.
Our poultry is unique and farmed in innovative ways right here in BC. All of the chicken we sell comes fresh from the Fraser Valley and is hormone and antibiotic free. Our chicken is free run, and humanely raised with lots of space to move around in inside the barns, not in cages. Our offerings include but are not limited to Free run premium chicken, duck, squab, goose and turkey.
All of our pork comes from right here in the Fraser Valley, raised locally by farmers who care about their animals and raise them with the utmost care and treatment. This results in quality and great taste for our customers. All of our pork is antibiotic and hormone free..
We have rotatting game meat available at the butcher, and one of our options we are proud to showcase is bison. Our bison is locally raised in BC, right in the Kamloops area. Bison is a great alternative to beef having great flavour and is extremely lean and as an added bonus its low in cholesterol as well!
